At every meal one is required to take at least a piece of the fruit and it will be the best option.

This type of fruit also contain vitamins C and B6. A fruit is necessary in every person meal and the best of all is the banana. Bananas have more benefits than the other fruit. It can be cooked when raw and it contains carbohydrates. On the other hand it can be consumed when ripe.

Its energy capacity is higher compared to other fruits. The body muscles need more energy when undertaking a heavy task or during an excess. Different fruits have the energy to keep the muscle movement but that energy is not enough to keep one for a long time.

The best fruit to take to supply the right quantity of energy is only one banana. It is advisable to take only one before an exercise kick off and another one after the work or the exercise is over to recover the lost energy or the energy used by the tissue. The calories in bananas are also present in cakes and snack cooked using them.

This will also prevent the problem of overweight and heart failure in kids. They grow up without any complications and always have a smiling face for getting the right type food. Mixing the right amount of these fruits will ensure proper growth and good health of the growing kids.

Calories in a banana, potassium, vitamin c and b6 and the fiber are all necessary in the health and wellness of the human body. Every component in bananas is equally important to the growth of human tissue. Potassium helps in maintaining the body sugar, that is, helps convert excess glucose into glycogen and is ready to be stored the tissues. On the other hand fiber is of great help in proper digestion of food.
