Habits That Make You Fat Or Thin - Your Choice

People don't decide their future or their size. People choose habits and their habits shape their future and determines their waistline. A principle of life is sowing an reaping. As a man sows, so also will he reap.
Don't plan to sow seeds of gluttony and eating junk food and get anything close to a harvest of a fit, healthy body. To get a different harvest means you must sow the right seed. How long you have sowed the wrong seed will determine how much effort is needed to attain the desired harvest. You must change your habit to get a different result. And also weed the old habits out.

I love it when people take action. Actions lead to results. In the Bible 1 Corinthians 9:27 it says "train your body and make it your slave so you will not be disqualified." Training is not suggesting, and it is not saying if you want to. Training is doing it, putting information into action.
Many people each year want to get rid of a bad habit, a habit they chose in the past, based on bad information. You cannot simply get rid of a bad habit. You must exchange a bad habit for a good habit. It will take time, (at least 14 days) persistence and discipline. But your rewards will be enormous.
Discipline may cause discomfort, but the discomfort suffered to change a habit of eating the wrong food and incorrect exercise to high metabolism food and metabolism boosting exercises as taught inside Doctor Directed will be more than worth it as you live longer and with abundant energy, full health while looking both sexy and vibrant.
I have always found that 3 things are needed to build good habits
  1. Knowledge
  2. Skill
  3. Desire
You must first have the right information to lose weight - Most people are relying on the wrong information. You must understand the basics for how your body works. Understand which exercises will in fact cause the elimination of fat cells, strengthen your heart and improve your muscle tone, and which ones won't.
The difference between failure and success of any goal is more often than not the right information or the lack there of.
F.Y.I., long duration exercises like jogging, aerobic classes, typical treadmill workouts will actually cause you to store and gain fat. At best you will lose water weight and or muscle weight, shrinking your fat cells instead of eliminating them. This is one of the main reasons for yo-yo dieting, and why most people fail at weight loss.
High metabolism style exercise as discussed inside the Doctor Directed Weight Loss Program can be done in less than 12 minutes per day and will be burning fat cells for up to 24 hours after. This would be the type of habit I would recommend.
You need to take a hard look at where you get your information. Is it a reliable source or are they trying to sell you food in a box, a fast food taco, or maybe even a candy bar.
Next you must take that information and put it to use. Having a step by step plan allows you to turn weight loss into a skill you will never forget. Once you know the truth and how to apply it you will be unstoppable.
Desire is something each person must bring, but there are steps you can take to make sure the desire turns to real action. Knowing how to set a goal properly, how to talk to yourself, and how to encourage yourself, without making excuses will make sure you move the right direction and make wise choices.
Yes you must take responsibility for your own health, your own weight loss, and this means taking responsibility for your daily habits.
