Losing weight for me since having my son has been a nightmare. I
found myself trying every diet I could find from books and on the
internet. I tried all kinds of fad diets including a system called
weight loss without exercise, best diet plans for weight loss and the
fastest weight loss diet but nothing seemed to work for me.
I just could not work out why? The answer was staring me in the face. My husband is an NLP practitioner and he kept saying that before you lose any weight you need to be in the right frame of mind. Once you have done this then losing weight becomes a lot easier. Take it from a person who sympathizes with you if you are overweight, I struggled for many years with my weight after having our son. I was always on that dreaded thing called a diet. On and off of diets all the time, it got to the point where I just got tired of dieting accepted the fact I will always be fat. I was depressed and I had given up. So one day I was surfing and I came across an article about mind sets and weight loss. In the article it talked that weight loss had to start in the mind first, I was intrigued as my husband had been saying this for ages and so I started to do more research.
I found out my surroundings could play a big part in my problem with trying to lose weight. Like for instant if you do have unhealthy snacks around, put them in a cupboard high up. You are less likely to have some than if they are within easy reach on the side. I have a child and a husband who love snacks and they both don't put weight on, no matter what they eat and so I would keep a lot of unhealthy snacks around the house so that they could enjoy them. The problem was as they were there I would help myself to them as well. I enjoyed junk food! I was eating more than they were and I was piling on the weight fast. The first thing I did was to cut the unhealthy snacks out of my diet and my family's diet as well swapping them for healthier snacks (this is a great weight loss trick). I also learnt that when you do your food shopping make out a grocery list for weight loss. If you plan in advance it is a lot easier. Once I did that I noticed that I was losing weight so I did more investigating to find out why. I found out that for a woman my age and height I was supposed to take in a certain amount of calories a day and if I reduce that number and moved more I would lose weight.
It actually worked I started to lose weight. So what advice can I give you from my experience? You need to follow a program that covers both diet as well as exercise and also keeps you motivated. This program needs to fit in with your busy schedule. Change your environment that you can change to help you get started to losing that unwanted weight. A few simple changes can make all the difference. Also learn from someone who has a proven system that can help you reach your goals. There are something's you need to know that can help you in this battle that's what I did. I found this program very simple to follow, it has the added benefit of monthly contact with new systems to follow to keep you motivated. This system not only helped me with my weight loss but also detoxified my system leaving me feeling great. It was a fast effective weight loss program that really worked.
